Game Day Chili

This is my own chili. In the original recipe it called for ground chuck, which I substituted with ground beef. However, you could use turkey or chicken for a healthier option. Instead of browning the beef in the large pot I cooked it in a separate pan because I thought that it would take too long to cook the meat in the pot (there was 2 lbs of it!). Next time I make this I will make sure to cook the vegetables in a separate pan as well because they were still a little hard. Overall, this chili is perfect for me because it was thick and not too spicy, but still had a little kick to it. Click here for the original recipe.
